Professional Individuals
CSG is spearheaded a Board Directors that oversees the business. The Board team is comprised of three Executive Directors and 2 non-executive Directors. The Board convenes meetings at least four times a year. Chartered Security Group Ltd is headed by two Executive Directors that oversees the group business together with a competent team in Administration, Finance, Human resource and marketing. Chartered Security is managed by Deborah Atwine, and Major (retired) Julius Rubahimbya. They have combined hands on managerial capabilities/experience to make Chartered Security Group number one choice for local and international clients.
Dr. Deborah Atwine
Managing Director
As the Cofounder and MD of Chartered Security, Deborah will maintain an active role in all aspects of the business including hiring and training new recruits, acquiring and servicing clients, and visiting client locations. As a Professional Businesswoman, Deborah is extremely active in the community and is Proprietor and Managing Director of DEED Microfinance Ltd. Deborah holds a PhD in Social Work from university of Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Masters degree in Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University.
Mr. Ogolla Moses
Operations Manager
He has Bachelors in Public Administration from Kampala University. He is a driven individual who enjoys a powerful career in Operations, Public Administration, and Management. He is looking to move up to the next phase of his career. He has 18 Years’ experience in Private Security Management from SGA Security to date to be able to accomplish this. He is a methodical worker who is able to concentrate for a long period of time working with different stakeholders and communicating effectively with clients. Possess a huge range of abilities from providing support and leadership to junior. A resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop and strengthen teams in order to maximize performance and efficiency. Experience in strengthening organizational processes and systems and ensuring that performance management is aligned to the strategic objectives of the organization. Able to gain the trust of Customers by interacting with people from all backgrounds.
Mr. Katusiime Benson
Training officer: Mr. Katusiime is a retired Warrant Officer Class 1
(WO1) from UPDF, a high-level trained Military Officer with a track record of 34 years from the UPDF. He possesses skills in Military Engineering from Uganda Military College. He possesses high skills in Counter Terrorism, Training, Bush Fighting and Camouflage etc. He joined Army in 1983, he later got involved in the Liberation war that brought the National Resistance Army in power. He went to Somalia as a Platoon Commander in 2015 to 2016, then Kabamba Military Academy as an instructor from 1997 to 2014 and ended in Kaweweta Training School from 2014 to 2017 when he retired. Upon joining Chartered Security Group, he had retired as an Instructor.

Human Resource and Administration Manager
She has Bachelors in Law from Kampala International University.
